The Utilitell service has been a great asset to our company. It has speeded up the process of informing utility companies and saves on a lot of paperwork. Before we used this service we were finding that a lot of letters were not being received by the companies and we had to deal with bills coming in addressed to the occupier which meant spending hours on hold to resolve the issue. Now we receive a notification within minutes and if we have the wrong supplier they will call us that day to inform us. I highly recommended this service, we are now using it in all 3 of our lettings offices.
